Raja Gudepu

Founder & CEO

Raja oversees corporate direction and strategy for Oteemo. Having worked in the technology industry for over 14 years, Raja is passionate about enabling organizations and businesses to perform efficiently by solving complex business problems through world-class technical solutions. Having served in diverse roles from programmer to senior architect and from manager to senior leadership positions in large organizations, Raja is a “business technologist” at heart.

Prior to starting Oteemo, Raja was the Head of North American consulting practice for Middleware and PaaS at Red Hat where he was responsible for running an organization responsible for building, marketing, selling and delivering Red Hat’s solutions around DevOps, Cloud and Enterprise Middleware.

Raja graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts.

Chris Scheich

Founder & President

Chris is the Founder and President of Oteemo, accountable for revenue generation, business development and corporate and field marketing. Chris is a 16 year veteran in the software industry with a proven track record in sales and business development where he successfully drove sales and grew companies from $0 in revenue to making them market leaders with millions in revenue.

Before joining Oteemo, Chris worked at various software and consulting firms such as Cloudbees (Jenkins), 10Gen (MongoDB), Red Hat and Amentra where he was responsible for defining sales and go-to-market strategies for products such as Jenkins, MongoDB, JBoss Middleware Portfolio and IT Modernization based consulting services. As a sales leader, Chris has produced stellar results that include driving consulting services business focused on IT modernization from $0 to $10m in 3 years, driving open source middleware platform sales from $1m to $10m in less than 1 year, opening new markets for a leading NoSQL database and driving revenues from $0 – $5m in less than 3 years and helping a leading DevOps platform penetrate new markets with $0 – $2m in sales in less than 9 months.

Chris is passionate about helping IT organizations achieve their goals through implementation and execution of innovative software solutions. He is also a very strong proponent of Open Source technology and transparency across the board. His goal for Oteemo is to build an institution that enables smart, capable and energetic people to achieve great results in a fun, creative, supportive, caring and non-political environment.

Mike Harden is a seasoned international executive and business leader with over 42 years of business experience, 25 of which are at the CEO/President level. Mike has extensive marketing, sales, operational, and financial expertise. His previous experience includes founding and running several companies, raising capital, building organizations from the ground up and managing them through rapid growth, working on dozens of M&A transactions, guiding companies through the strategic planning process, and creating new and innovative sales strategies. Although Mike has created and run a number of start-ups, he has also held senior positions with established growing companies, including President of a division of a Fortune 500 company. Mike is also a well-known and highly respected Executive Coach, developing, mentoring, and guiding CEOs and other C-level executives to be more successful. He also serves on numerous boards of directors and advisory boards.
