With Experience in the intelligence, DoD, federal law enforcement, homeland security, and telecommunications industries, John Humphrey joins Oteemo as Vice President of Federal Growth and Strategy. 

(Reston, Virginia, May 16 2022) Oteemo is proud to announce that John Humphrey has joined the team as Vice President of Federal Growth and Strategy.  In this role he will be responsible for leading Oteemo’s federal growth and operations, implementing industry best practices and processes for capture and proposal activities, working with Oteemo leadership to build upon its technical solutions and client delivery successes, and developing a world-class business development and capture team. John will also manage corporate partnerships and be directly involved in moving Oteemo into new client spaces and pursuing new contract opportunities.

John has held multiple executive positions with small to large businesses where he has led a diverse range of corporate initiatives and led the development of service offerings for big data, mission systems development, and cloud migrations. He also supported policy and corporate best practices development. Previously, as COO for Technica Corporation John was responsible for leading the company on daily operations, strategic planning, business development activities, best practices and solutions development, change management, and overall P&L

John’s previous experience includes Senior Vice President for Salient Federal Solutions leading all Intelligence Community, homeland security and federal law enforcement business, and Vice President for CACI responsible for all facets of building and managing business within the Intelligence Community, focusing on counterterrorism information technology projects, intelligence analysis programs and human intelligence (HUMINT) operations support programs.
