Arka’s path has twisted from medicine to visual effects to broadcast design and engineering to biotech to VoIP to adtech to streaming and VOD, and beyond. A multiple Emmy-nominated technologist and strategist, Arka delights in guiding clients in architecture and implementation of resilient mission-critical infrastructure and systems. He also roasts specialty coffee.

Brice brings a wealth of operational leadership and strategic expertise to the company. With a strong background in technology and business management, he focuses on optimizing operations, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation. Brice’s leadership ensures Oteemo consistently delivers high-impact results, positioning the company for continued growth and success in the market.

Lou Doerr

Lou has been a proven leader and change agent in industries within highly regulated environments for almost 25 years. He is laser-focused on accelerating innovation and fostering continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology, helping organizations recognize the business value of leveraging modern technology and practices. Experienced as an employee and consultant of small, medium, and large organizations, Lou provides unique insight and perspective for both insourced and outsourced relationships and strategies. Lou leads Oteemo’s Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) practice, responsible for all business development, growth, and delivery efforts.

Claudia Fetter, Oteemo’s Practice Lead for Business Transformation and Agile, brings deep expertise in business operations and strategic transformation. She specializes in driving process optimization and organizational change, ensuring that businesses achieve operational efficiency and long-term success. Claudia’s leadership empowers Oteemo to deliver impactful integrated solutions that align with clients' evolving needs in a rapidly changing market.

Raja Gudepu

After years of leading enterprise technology consulting organizations, Raja founded Oteemo on the premise that effective enterprise transformations are built (not bought) and leads the organization around this idea. The “Oteemo Way” connects people, processes, and technologies to define, equip, and enable efficient and effective transformation across all digital domains. In his role, Raja oversees corporate direction and strategy for Oteemo and works hand-in-hand across all functions within Oteemo to ensure the best experience and success for both Oteemo’s employees and customers.

Head of Delivery Operations, Federal

Rod Kelly

Rod has more than twenty years experience designing and executing critical enterprise technology projects and programs. Working collaboratively with executive leaders and stakeholders to restructure PMO teams through agile transformation and implement governance and tools that streamline efforts, reporting, and delivery, he helps Oteemo’s customers align digital strategies with long-term business goals, creating and leading the implementation of technology frameworks that are scalable, sustainable, and repeatable. In addition to being an instrumental member of the delivery team, Rod also leads Oteemo’s DoD (Department of Defense) Platform One work in DevSecOps transformation.

Jasmine Sampson

Jasmine specializes in identifying and recruiting the highest quality tech talent available nationwide as she manages the recruiting function for Oteemo. She has over six years of experience in sourcing, recruiting and retention of highly skilled technologists as well as managing full-life cycle recruiting processes and procedures for enterprises.
